Booking:

Book an appointment by clicking the 'BOOK NOW' button below - this will show availability and you can choose the massage treatment you require.​​

​​You can pay cash, or by bank transfer.  My full bank details will be included on your confirmation email.

Email confirmation is sent for all online bookings - please ensure you have received this (it can land in "junk", especially for Hotmail users). If you don't receive a confirmation please contact me.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

 

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please Text/WhatsApp 07510 252 638 or Email LTURGOOSE@HOTMAIL.COM.

 

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice free of charge. If an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours the full cost of the booked massage will be due.

 

If you need to re-schedule within the 12-hour window, I offer one short-notice reschedule per client as a goodwill gesture, subject to availability. Any further short-notice changes will incur the £25 fee.

 

This policy ensures availability for all clients and helps manage scheduling effectively. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
